This study explores the role of modern technologies in Arabic language education and their impact on learners’ acquisition. The use of digital tools, social media platforms, and advanced technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) has the potential to significantly enhance the quality of Arabic language learning. The research focuses on interactive educational programs, social media engagement, and simulations based on VR and AR technologies to examine their effects on language skills and learner motivation.
Educational digital tools contribute to facilitating the learning process by offering interactive content and immediate feedback, which in turn boosts learner motivation. Social media platforms provide expanded opportunities to improve conversational and listening skills and foster communication with native speakers. The findings also demonstrate that integrating modern technology into the classroom increases student engagement and promotes opportunities for autonomous learning.
Additionally, these technologies support ongoing assessment through performance analysis tools and real-time feedback mechanisms. Teacher training in the effective use of these tools is essential to achieving optimal educational outcomes. The study concludes that modern technologies not only improve the quality of language instruction but also create diverse and stimulating learning experiences. In the future, emerging technologies are expected to play a more prominent role in developing Arabic language curricula, making learning more inclusive and adaptable to the varying needs of learners. These findings can inform the design of innovative Arabic language education programs.
